Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for a job well done.

As you remember, my seller and I were in a major panic mode over the unacceptably high levels of nitrites and nitrates in her well water.

The buyers were ready to walk away from the deal because of this issue, and then I remembered you telling me about the reverse osmosis system your company sells. After getting the seller and buyer to give the system a chance, problem solved! The nitrite and nitrate levels went from over 10mg/L (unacceptable level per Health Dept.) to 1.1 mg/L.

Needless to say all involved were extremely happy with the outcome, as well as your company’s prompt service.
